My journey into wellbeing started with a frozen shoulder and a friend suggested that I really needed to do yoga as I appeared to be an emotional wreck. That’s not how they said it, but that’s what I read from it now as I write this.

 

On my journey, which is 10 years on from the point above, I have researched and investigated many different wellbeing modalities as I devour each modality for my own health.

I love learning and as I have worked on myself and found benefits, I have then looked into each modality that has provided benefits and then trained to use it in my business.

 

So, in this section you will find information on the modalities that are complementary.

 

The modalities in here don’t necessarily come under one heading but are services that I offer. These can be done on their own or as part of a wellbeing session where they are combined with other services.

Face Massage

Massage and Meditation

We begin with a soothing meditation to calm your mind and activate your parasympathetic nervous system, setting the stage for deep relaxation. We'll have a brief conversation at the beginning to understand your specific requirements and, if you wish, we can discuss any thoughts or feelings that emerged during the session at the end. The Art of Manifestation

I discovered the art of manifestation when a friend loaned me “The Secret” and I became fascinated with it. I discovered that our thoughts, emotions, and intentions hold the power to shape our reality. Through years of study, practice, and personal experience, I have honed understanding that my thoughts, emotions and intentions really do manifest, understanding that it is both an art and a science.


Manifestation is more than just wishing for something to happen; it’s about aligning your inner world with your deepest desires and taking inspired action to bring them into fruition. As a practitioner, I believe in the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit, and how harnessing this connection can unlock limitless potential.

 

In my practice, I combine principles of mindfulness, visualization, and positive affirmations with practical strategies to help you manifest the life you desire. Whether you’re seeking abundance, love, health, or personal growth, I provide the guidance and tools you need to clear the mental and emotional blocks that may be standing in your way.

Meditation

Meditation is a practice where you focus your mind on a particular object, thought, or activity to achieve mental clarity and emotional calm. By sitting quietly and meditating, you can reduce stress, improve concentration, and enhance self-awareness.

 

Regular meditation helps in managing anxiety, promoting emotional health, and increasing patience and tolerance. It’s a simple yet powerful tool for achieving a balanced state of mind and overall well-being.

Reiki Healing

Earthing

​In today's modern world, many of us are disconnected from the Earth due to wearing shoes with rubber soles, living and working in buildings with insulated floors, and spending most of our time indoors. Earthing aims to re-establish this connection by allowing our bodies to come into direct contact with the Earth's natural electric charge.

 

Earthing can help with reducing Inflammation, improving sleep and increasing daytime energy levels, reducing stress and improve overall mental well-being, providing pain relief and supporting a healthy immune system.​​​
