As we reach the longest day of the year, the Summer Solstice invites us to pause, reflect on how far we’ve come, and create space for what we wish to grow moving forward. This special gathering will gently guide you through grounding practices, soulful movement, reflection and deep rest in a nurturing and supportive space.
