About the event
I have hired a beach hut in Thorpe Bay on Friday 17th June from 10am until late to host an amazing day out at the beach.
Your day will include:
· A healthy and nutritious lunch including drinks for the day
· Yoga on the beach
· Meditation in the beach hut or on the beach
· Wild swimming (the average water temperature in June is 15.9°C) this is optional, but you will have a beautiful beach hut to change in if you do.
