Cacao Ceremony featuring Meditation and Soundbath

Join me for an evening of re-balancing your mind, body and soul. Allow me to work on opening your heart chakra allowing love and light in.

This evening will be a group session where we sit in a safe circle, we will connect to ourselves and each other, listening to our true selves. Looking at releasing any negative energy that is ready to be let go of, we will enhance our energy with some reiki healing and let go of anything that no longer serves us. We will look to enhance our positive energy giving gratitude for the abundance we may not realise is already in our life. We will work on understanding what our true intentions are, we will take a moment to feel the emotions linked to our new intentions and then we will enhance this with a warming cacao.
