About the event
Join me for a special Christmas yoga event created lovingly for children and their parents, where we can slow down, connect and share a truly magical morning together. This will be a gentle and joyful space to move, breathe and simply be, away from the rush that so often comes with the festive season.
Together we will flow through playful and creative yoga poses, explore simple breathing practices to calm busy minds, and journey into moments of relaxation that allow both little ones and adults to fully unwind.
This event is all about togetherness, presence and creating memories that feel warm and meaningful. Through movement, imagination and mindfulness, we will tune into the quieter energy of Christmas, encouraging kindness, gratitude and a sense of peace within ourselves and within our family relationships.
