Halloween: Meditation, Soundbath & Remembrance

Halloween isn’t just about spooky costumes and pumpkins — it has ancient roots in Samhain and Día de los Muertos, times when people gathered to honour the turning of the seasons and remember loved ones who have passed.

This year, I’m holding a special Meditation & Sound Bath Evening with a Day of the Dead remembrance altar.

What to expect:

• A gentle guided meditation to help you pause, breathe, and reflect.

• A nourishing sound bath to relax body and mind, allowing you to release what no longer serves you.

• A remembrance altar — a space where you can bring a photo, flower, or small token to honour those you wish to remember.
