About the event

Our feet are complex. Each foot has 26 bones and 33 joints, each joint is supposed to open and close as you move and this is what puts the spring in your step. Unfortunately, our feet become restricted and tight when they are put into shoes, then comes discomfort and pain, so we search for solutions. These solutions may be insoles or orthotics, which also help to restrict your foot even further. They may provide the quick fix you are looking for, but they do not uncover the root cause.

The resolution is to get your feet moving again, “all 33 joints”. If you want to lose weight, you understand that it’s hard graft, but you know you need to do it. It’s the same with your feet. The inner sole or orthotic is a temporary fix that masks the real issue. You need to activate your feet.

I thought I should start of by giving you some examples that show your feet might need some help? Do you struggle to balance on one foot more than the other? Is the underneath of your foot stiff or sore? Have you noticed that you have discomfort all up one side of your body, could it be coming from your foot?  Tight muscles at the back of your body, “Calves, Hamstrings, Glutes, shoulders” or the front of your body “Thighs, shins or hip flexors”

I notice lots of my clients have these issues, so I have decided to run a workshop to start you off in the right direction. This workshop is not designed to fix you instantly, but to help give you exercises to gently coax your feet back to life.

Does any of this sound like you? Thought it might! Come and join me for this workshop where we use yoga, foot exercises, massage and other equipment to help you feel your feet and learn to free them too.

Get your shoes “off” and get booked in.
