Sound Bathing in Nature - "The Garden Series"

There is something very special about being in nature at this time of year. As we move towards summer, everything feels more alive, more open, and more connected.

I’m opening my garden for a series of sound baths over the summer months, and this first evening feels like a beautiful way to begin.

My garden becomes a tranquil space at this time of day. The birds are gently calling, the air softens, and when the breeze moves through the eucalyptus tree, there is a natural sound that is simply impossible to recreate indoors. It brings a sense of calm that you feel without needing to think about it.

A garden sound bath is a different experience to being inside. The sounds of the instruments blend with the natural world around you, and rather than separating from your environment, you become part of it. It’s something that really has to be…
