What is Conscious Connected Breathing?
Through conscious connected breathing, the breather shifts their physiological state resulting in non-ordinary states of consciousness. In this state, the breather can experience ecstatic bliss, ego death, self-knowledge downloads, deep trauma release, and a profound connection with the world and others in it. In this exploratory state we can tap into infinite creative potential. Once you see what is being present to you via the breath you can take action. In this way breathing offers us a way to refresh our lives and refresh our minds. Most of us are so stuck in routine because our thinking mind loves patterns and expectations which creates routine living. We date the same kind of people, engage in the same work, have the same conversations over and over. Breathwork shakes up these patterns and loosens up the possibility of a new you, new world, new beliefs. It opens us up to limitless prospects and you can feel it within yourself after a session. Breath cultivates a sense of spontaneity, creativity, and power. Conscious connected breath has offered healing and release to clients incapable or resistant to talk therapy and/or pharmaceutical treatment. Outside of healing, this practice can offer breather boosts in physical performance, decreases physical recovery time form injury, improved cognitive abilities and quick shut down an overactive thinking mind.
