Yoga, meditation and sound bath evening
Join us for a gentle yoga and meditation practice to get you relaxed and in the mood for a sensory stimulating sound bath.
Join us on Friday 22nd July at 7pm – 9pm
Location: The Birches, Priory Chase, Rawreth, SS6 9NE. This is based just by St. Nicholas Primary School and behind Asda. This venue is wheelchair friendly.
