I make these Attitude Wellbeing lavender eye pillows in a range of colours and fabrics. These are perfect for relaxation and 'me' time. They are made in Rayleigh, Essex, feature removeable covers and are generally made of cotton with rice and lavender. The lavender is from my friends garden’s which are harvested each year after the bees have enjoyed them!

For relaxation, the eye pillow can exert gentle pressure on the eyelids. This can send calming messages down the back of the neck to the shoulders and chest, heart and stomach. It helps to give the mind and body permission to relax – "to let go.”
