What to bring

Mats – please bring your own mat, if you don’t have a mat, I always have a stock, let me know and I will bring it to the class. Prices start from £15.

Fluid intake – please bring a drink with you, this will keep you hydrated. There isn’t facilities on site.

Equipment – if you have blocks/straps, bring them and use if you want to. I don’t provide them, but do use them occasionally. I would recommend that you bring your own lavender eye pillow or a small hand towel to cover your eyes during the meditation phase. Lavender eye pillows are available for purchase in my shop. I also sell meditation pillow’s at £25 and Yoga Bolsters for £25. I also sell other equipment if you need it, such as mats, straps, blocks etc.

I only request that you book your first session, that way I know you are coming and we have completed the relevant paperwork in time. After that, you can come and go as you please. It's always useful to check, just in case I am on holiday.
