Classes
Our classes are 60 minutes and suitable for all levels from Beginner to Advanced (each posture can be adapted to your needs and physical ability).
We start with a gentle warm up, move through a variety of asanas to warm and lengthen your muscles, breath work is then used to help you into postures and to quieten the mind. All classes end with a meditation. We use both calming and stimulating meditations to help you understand your mindset and ultimately to improve it.

Save ££s with Attitude Class Passes
Pay up front and save when you buy a class pass. Passes can be used at any class in the timetable above including online. There are three packages available each with added benefits, just buy your pass and book on the classes you wish to attend before the allocated expiry date.
1-2-1 Yoga Sessions
These use the same content as a yoga class, using Asanas, breath work and meditation, but they are uniquely tailored to you and your requirements, whether you are just starting on your yoga journey or you are more experienced and would like to take your skills up to the next level.

Corporate Yoga
