Full Body Massage with Meditation: 90 minutes of deep relaxation and enrichment — £60.
Back, Shoulder & Neck Massage with Meditation: 60 minutes to ease tension where you need it most — £40.
The timings and flow adapt to you. Whether you need silence, a guided meditation, or simply the soothing rhythm of breath awareness, your experience is created around what will serve you best that day.
